When I started my astrophotography journey I had (still use for guiding) the GPCAM2 290C which was amazing but soon wished for a wider field. Well, wow! The Hypercam 183c pro did just that for me and I can't be more happy. I use mine with the Skywatcher 72ED and an Altair lightwave 0.8 reducer.Some fov comparisons and a couple of my images to show the difference ?

I have the similar ZWO ASI183MM and can vouch for the slightly wider field it produces in comparison to the ASI1600MM on the same scope.

Nice Vicki. I also use the 72EDf but have the 269c attached to that and love it

Your really going to enjoy using it. If you are using APT run it at Gain 282 and offset of 25, make sure in camera settings you tick the HG box
