TerryMcK Posted May 28, 2021 Share Posted May 28, 2021 I took the first picture March 21 2021 and the second May 20 2021. The first one was just with the mono camera and I had the Ha filter in place so you can see the edges of the bubble nebula. The second was taken with the OSC. Both cameras have the same IMX183 sensor and the telescope was the William Optics ZS103 with a 0.8 reducer/flattener. I think there is a size difference of the nova between to the two images. Although this was not done with any scientific methods the second picture seems to show the nova slightly bigger at least visually.
