AstronomyUkraine
SH2-170, or the Little Rosette Nebula. Taken over several nights, totally 30 hours integration time. Not the easiest to process due to the weak OIII and SII signals, but I did manage to drag a bit of background nebulosity out, which wasn't apparent in the stacks. Processed in Pixinsight, with a final crop in Photoshop.
TerryMcK
Nice image, the yellowy gold takes on a 3D quality.

Padraic M
That's superb. The colouring and the detail - love the outbreak at 7o'clock.

Carastro
When I imaged this target I did it from my LP home, so did it in HaRGB having tried Oiii and got next to nothing. Carole

Paul Thanks Paul. I like the colour myself, also did a version with more red in it, but wasn't too impressed with it.

It's probably a better target for OSC with the very little OIII and SII signal.
paul
An interesting target I haven't seen before, nicely captured. It was definitely worth your time adding Sii and Oiii for the texture they bring.
