P Holdsworth
Hi all, I had the first clear night for over a month and planned to get 4 hours on the east veil nebula. Everything for the first hour was going well with guiding and dithering etc and had the asi air set to do an automatic meridian flip about an hour in ......and that's when it all went pear shaped ! Somehow the camera shutter got jammed ( happened once before with automatic flip) so ended up shutting everything down, taking the camera off and trying release the shutter on the dslr indoors 😡. Overall I lost a good hour so I think I'll go back to manual meridian flips ! Anyway here's my start on the east veil which needs another couple of nights for more Oiii Cheers Paul

If you go on the ZWO forum, and tell them your problem, someone from ZWO will reply, and you can upload the log file to them.
Dmack1
This hobby can be so frustrating when stuff like that happens. But that a great start you have there so not all lost!

P Holdsworth
Thanks David, you're right it could have been worse as I still got a 2.5 hour start on it 👍
