A sea of stars

Evening, not a normal target or capture for me but I've been wanting to do this for a while.

Its an RGB 3 panel mosaic of the Vulpecula region, it's densely packed with stars. Each panel has 1.5hrs of data

It's best viewed as large as possible https://od.lk/s/NjJfMjIyNDc5MDhf/Image10.jpg

Would be interested to get some feedback on whether you think more exposure time would improve it?

thats amazing, definately a Dave Bowman  moment - now where did I leave that monolith....

The structure on such a large scale is what makes imaging the night sky so rewarding - its almost like a nebula, but is billions of stars.

Thanks for posting and creating such an amazing image .

Amazing to think any one of those stars might have one or more planets where some form of life may exist.

Would it be possible to expose each panel for a while longer and tune down the image using software to achieve the desired appearance?    Gary
