don4l
I took this image back in June and July, but I couldn't make anything remotely presentable out of it. The recent bad weather has given me time to have another go at it, and I've managed to pull a rabbit out of the hat - so to speak. This is 2 hours Ha, almost 4 hours OIII (needs more) an 18m each RG and B. Taken with a Tal200k at 2000mm.Don't look at the stars in the corners. The Tal doesn't have a flat field but I love it anyway!http://www.don4ls.space/sites/default/files/2020-10/TulipAffbc.jpg

MarkAR
Thats better, lovely image Donal. I never realised that there was a misshapen bubble in the heart of it.
don4l
@markarMaybe there isn't!!! ? I've just checked, and it's real. Mind you, the first image that I found was Robert Gendler's, which is a bit depressing.
PaulB
Now that is very good. I like the colours and you have good guiding too.
don4l
@paulbThank you.My guiding isn't great. I cannot get above 5 minutes reliably, and for the life of me, I cannot get to the bottom of it.I don't have enough room for an OAG, so I have to live with it for the moment.
