Hello from Longmont, Colorado

I'm in a moderate light pollution area north of  Metro Denver on the Front Range  close to darker sky places and can get reasonable views on the clear nights.

I am amazed by the wonders of the night sky and enjoy pondering how all this evolves, from the dusty nebula star nurseries to the open and globular star clusters. There is so much to see and each view always presents new questions about the how and why of the universe. We live in a time when our technology seems so advanced just as the invention of the basic telescope seemed during Galileo's day.
