mightymonoped
Decided to have a play with APF-R and NoiseXterminator and thought I'd combine last years NGC1499 data (120s subs) with this years (180s) subs into the bargain. Light pollution was bit hellish on the resulting integration but APP did a sterling job of seamlessly integrated data sets that were 90 degrees at odds. Have done my best to clean things up and would be grateful for any feedback. * btw, I am loving both of these tools and I agree whole-heartedly that NoiseXterminator leaves Topaz AI dead in the water. Astrobdlbug
Tony very well processed and I like the portrait orientation of the nebula - looks like an Olympic torch. I am viewing this on an iPhone as I’m up in Edinburgh but wonder if black point could be pulled up a bit and a tiny stretch to nearly the bottom of the curve to tease the outer nebula out a bit ?? I had a play with iPhone edit and think there’s a tiny bit more in there…. Bryan
