Popular Post Dmack1
This is an incredibly busy part of the sky. So much dust and dark/bright nebulae. The dark shar is just belowthis image and i intend, when I get another clear, moonless night to do a second panel to join up with this. But for the moment this is what I have. 6 hours of 180s subs, Sharpstar 61 EDPHII, ASI 2600mc, L-pro filter. C&C very welcome

mightymonoped
Wow, this is great! I'm so jealous, I'd love to have a go at this area but it's just out of reach, obscured by the balcony roof.
Astrobdlbug
Wow - that is a wonderful dark nebula image and the streak of Ha red really contrasts. Briliant capture and process. Bryan

Carastro
Fantastic result, especially from a colour camera. This is on my todo list, but need to get to a dark location when it is not cloudy. As Peter said, beautifully processed. I think that the new generation of colour CMOS has narrowed the gap between colour and mono for rgb, at least against the older generation of mono.
