ASI 585

Hey,

I have just taken deliver of our first imaging camera, an ASI 585, unfortunately I wasn't told we would need a spacer and thread adaptor (bit annoying after the lengthy chat with the supplier about what scope / flattener we have and asking if there was anything else we needed!) so those will be arriving tomorrow.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone else on here has the same camera? If so, do you have any pointers for my daughter and I to get us going on Lunar imaging?

We have FireCapture V2.7.10, and for a practice we managed to use it with our ASI120 mini guide camera to get an ok image of the moon, but the new camera is much better and also colour so we are open to any advice anyone has with the same / similar camera / setup.
