Already looking quite pleasing. The salmon pink mat be resolved by slowly adding the Ha and not using it as a luminance layer at full opacity. What I used to do was the following after processing the Ha and RGB data seperately.

HaRGB combine in Photoshop CS3:
 -Align in PS CS3
-Extract R-channel from RGB image and paste on top of Ha image, normal blending, 30% opacity, HaR30
-Paste HaR back to R-channel in RGB image to form (HaR30)GB image
 -Color balance using Levels
-Selective color, Reds (-100% Cyan), Yellow (-100% Cyan), Blue (+100% Cyan, -100% Yelllow)
-Insert HaR in luminosity blend at 40% opacity
-Selective color, Reds (-100% Cyan), Yellow (-100% Cyan), Blue (+100% Cyan, -100% Yelllow)
 -Abd then tweak to liking.

Thanks Tim - I'll give that a go. I've been learning Pixinsight and this was done in that - But I have done a similar process to what you suggest in PS previously and I think you are right - that should work better.  I need to try to remember to use ALL the tools when they are appropriate.

This is a combination of 6 Hrs Ha with an Astronomik 12nm clip in and 3 hours of RGB, all with my old 8" LX200 GPS and a EOS1100Da.

Its a little bit Salmon Pink but I cant seem to sdjust that without making other things worse.

Very nice capture. Is the camera "stock" or astro-modified on that one?
