New Camera from Player-One Astronomy

Player_One Astronomy will be releasing a new series of cameras in November. There is a mono and colour version, both based on the IMX571 chip as used in the ZWO 2600. It is slightly cheaper than the 2600, but the IMX571 they use has an increased full well of 71.7 compared to the ZWO2600 full well of 51k. Full details are below.

That's where I saw it as well. No mention of when or if it will be released in Europe though. They do state that Starfield Optics Inc in the UK are one of their official dealers in Europe.

Surprising they reduced to one “other device port” and interesting they have gone with type-C connectors. I do like the body cutaways to give more room for adjusting the tilt plate. Price wise it is in the middle of a competitive field of options.
