I love the way Narrowband imaging allows the manipulation of false colour to expose and enhance the different elements.

Beautiful Martin. You're right about the false colouring showing up different areas - maybe an unexpected happy accident (to use a Bob Ross term) when the space agencies first did the method. Either way it shows up the science part and the artistic part.

Thanks Terry,  a delightful way of describing the Hubble pallet “an unexpected accident”, it also describes much of my imaging. Surprisingly it gives the centre section a 3D effect with the gas-dust cloud billowing out of the image.

Martin,just stunning, this is one of my planned targets for the winter.

Really like the use of green/cyan and contrast with the yellow around the cone - very impactful
