Wyvern
Evening All!This has been another slow burner for me. It kept being swept to the bottom of the pile. So I just collected my RGB subs and combinedLarge VersionUsing NBRGBcombination in pixinsight I combined the following RGB Star image with the Ha integration of the faint nebula detailRGB subs were 16x60s eachThe Ha channel was an integration of 112x360s Ha subs.Cheers,Wyvern
PaulB
That is very good.It is an object not known to me. I suspect it is very faint and needs plenty of exposure time.
Carastro
Well done Wyvern, that's a faint little blighter and not an easy one, you've got a good result. Carole
Wyvern
Thank you Paul and CaroleIt is indeed a very faint target with the exception of the "body" of the dragon which appears in single subs. This is the integrated Ha which I forgot to post above. Jkulin
Good Work Wyvern, that one has been on my target for a couple of years, need to have a look at that when we get some more clear nights.
Wyvern
I've just done a reprocess of this as I wasn't completely happy with the original. I think I'm going to start again with the Ha when it comes back into my FOV but with 20m exposures. I'll post them below and the one with most likes will go on astrobin.
