Greg Yancey
I been working on this throughout December, when I had clear skies. anyway, I took this on my C11 with C11v4 Hyperstar, ASi1600MM Pro with using the Baader UHS Filters (f/2) for Ha, Oiii, and Sii. each filter was 2 hrs and 10 minutes of imaging with a total integration time of 6 hrs and 30 minutes and processed in PI. Anyway, my version of M42 in HOS Narrowband. I hope you enjoy! Clear Skies! Edited January 10 by Greg Yancey
Sonyme
What a cracking image Greg. I have mixed views about the use of vivid colours in astro images but the pink and green together work superbly. Lots of depth and fine detail, really nice. Gary
TerryMcK
Really nice image Greg. At first I didn't recognise it but realised you used the C11 which produces a mirror image due to its optics.
