Jkulin
I thought it would be easier as discussed with others to keep a thread for each month, its probably a bit late for September now, so I would suggest that I pop this one up to start on the 1st?I have set it as sticky and will then unstick at the beginning of each month.Clear skies for October, as I should be up and running with the new dome :-)

Carastro
@jkulinOK we just need to make sure no-one else has already done so.Carole
Jkulin
@Carastro Hi Carole, if they look and there is none there, then if we follow the same format and just change the month in the title then we'll be fine.
KevS
Sky seems fairly good here at the moment, which is somewhat juxtaposed to CO and MO. Might go mad if it's the same in a hour and...........................Drum Roll.................set up.
Jkulin
@KevS Just started to rain here and the forecast for the next 10 days doesn't look too favourable.Suits me as it gives me some more time to finalise the configuration, almost finished the wiring now. geoflewis
Cloudy here too, but since my laptop SSD died yesterday I don’t have any way to capture images anyway.... Currently waiting on Dell to confirm an on site engineer visit to replace the drive under warranty .
Wyvern
Unfortunately like most, I've got cloud across the board for at least the next week, on the bright side it's coming up full moon so hey ho. Good luck to anyone lucky enough to have clear skies.

Popular Post Wyvern
I've still got my elephant trunk Oiii and Sii subs to finish off on the Elephant trunk which I think I need to roughly double. This is what I have so far...

Wyvern
@geoflewis Thanks, but It hasn't quite got enough "pop" in it for me yet, just a lot of washed out greys.
DaveS
I think there's nothing doing here this week, but I have 20+ hours of Melotte15 data to hammer into something resembling an image, plus my M27 that I'm still not happy with.
ChrisWright
CO seems to indicate clear from 2am here but with long work days this week it's for the best I don't image as I do need some cables for completing the rig rewire. I mistakenly ordered all in 5.5x2.1mm rather than some in 5.5x2.5mm.Good luck to those playing.
don4l
Totally clouded out here. I've been working on developing my website on a Raspberry Pi. I've just realised that this means that I can probably display my own images. This one needs a bit/lot more OIII exposure.Edit... that didn't work. Carastro
This is just test image to see whether using the <> to insert an image works. Was looking to see what was on the web hosted elsewhere I could post. We were talking earlier about not losing images. I decided to get mine printed in a book for posterity, my children/and grandchildren are never going to find them on the web and indeed they will probably disappear when I am long gone, so I got them printed in a book. This is up to the end of 2018. Will have to get a second book printed eventually.OK testing the link: Bingo it works.
geoflewis
Hi Carole, whatever you did works, but I don’t understand what you did ?. What is <> please?
Carastro
You click on the button <> above which says Code, and then paste in the URL: from your image hosted elsewhere.Saves space on here and saves having to reduce your image down to a tiny size. Wyvern worked it out.Carole
