AstronomyUkraine
CTB1 ia a supernova remnant in the constellation of Cassiopeia. I took this image in the summer, but have been playing with it, on and off for a few months. It is a very difficult object to image, because of how faint it is, and also difficult to process. I have over 40 hours of data in this image, and probably need more. There is approximately 15 hours of each narrowband filter to make this final SHO image.

Carastro
I have seen a few images of this target on Astrobin and guessed it must be a faint object. 40 hours, that's some dedication, not to mention finding enough clear skies.Well done on getting such a good result. AstronomyUkraine
Posted by: @Carastro Well done on getting such a good result. Thanks Carole. I had a decent run of clear nights in the summer, but since the clocks changed, I've only had 3 or 4 clear nights.
AstronomyUkraine
Posted by: @p-holdsworth Wow 40 hours of data is incredible but you must be thrilled out this has come outThanks. I'm pleased with it, but I will be going back to it in the future. I have seen some images with over 80 hours of data on this object. So I still have a fair way to go.
