AstronomyUkraine
This is 5 hours of Ha on NGC 6823 with my new Antlia 2.8nm filter. Up to now I'm very pleased with the results. Will give them a more thorough test once galaxy season is over.
RaDec
That’s a great image. What length of exp did you use?

These are 600s exposures with a median value of around 550, which is really good. I wasn't getting median values as low as that with 300s exposures using my old 7nm filters. RaDec
Makes me wonder if I should increase my exp when I use the AA 4nm dualband. I generally use either 240s or 300s which worked well with my previous ZWO Duoband. Worth a try if we ever get a clear night here again! If your guiding is good enough for 300s, it's certainly good enough for 600s. The only downside to 600s, is losing an image because of cloud etc. Losing a 300s image is OK, but a 600s hurts. Sonyme
Lovely B & W image. Super detail and just the right balance between the nebulosity and star brightness. Gary

Gary Thanks Gary. I'm hoping to make it a full SHO before too long.
MartinS
Very promising, looking forward to the completed SHO. Have you perceived any difference between the Antlia 2.8 and 3.0 filters?
