mightymonoped
Having got the Samyang 135mm f2 sorted with the Skywatcher 80ED Pro guiding, all focused up and balanced nicely. I started the evening with some fresh flats and dark flats before kicking off a two hour session on the North America Nebula region of Cygnus. Guiding was exemplary this time, never going above the 0.5 and often in the 0.3's! Still haven't fixed the tilt issue but it seems to have been partially sorted by BlurX. This version is the recombine of two separate extractions, one in Ha, one in Oiii. Once recombined, I sorted for Light Pollution in APP. Then over to Pixinsight for SPCC, NoiseX, BlurX and StarX before stretching separate files with Bill Blanshans unlinked stretch script. An initial play with colour masks using BB's tools again before passing over to Photoshop for final processing. Brightness, Contrast, Saturation and sharpness sorted before recombine and final cleanup. Tony
