Popular Post Dmack1
Despite the full moon and the light nights, (No astrodark for several weeks yet) I wanted to try to capture some data just to keep my hand in. My first night on this was a bit of a fail, my old LX200 collimation was out. So it ended as only 2 nights and a total of 4.5 hours. With the conditions and using only the L-enhance the Oiii was never going to be spectacular but it is there. I have processed it 2 ways, one as a straight process of the RGB data and the second using Blanshans HOO normalisation to try to bring out the Oiii 8" LX200 GPS (UHC) ASI 2600mc L-enhance 105 x 120s 11
