I'd kind of categorised it as a long focal length object and was going to use my newt for the next go, but the widefield is very nice indeed. Just out of interest (as someone who is struggling to get backfocus) what distnace do you have between you .8 reducer and the camera. I'm currently using an ASI294 and adding my filter tray seems to have pushed me toward 67mm and everything looks okay (that said it's been a while since I captured anything.
