TS Photoline 130mm f/7 apo, 3nm Astrodon filters, ASI1600MMC Encoder guided on ASA DDM60 Stacking in AstroArt 7, initial stretching of individual stacks in GIMP, back to AA7 for RGB synthesis and ratio, into Affinity Photo for channel mixer, curves, selective colour, denoise and clarity., with final scaling for export.Need more [sII], and possibly H-alpha. 7 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think there is some trailing from dodgy PA so I may have a look at deconvolution, or Göran's layer method of reducing trailing that he used on the LT data. DaveS Posted October 2, 2020 Author Share Posted October 2, 2020 Thanks John and MarkI'd had a go at this last year with the Trius 694 on the 130 apo, but had run into stupid problems with of-orthogonal orientation resulting in badly skewed alignment edges leading to big cropping.
