Davy-T
Wasn't expecting to be imaging tonight anyway, removed dew shield and piggybacked refractor from the SCT earlier to fit light box and take calibration frames, put it all back together again and could see a few stars through the murk so having a go at NGC4449 a target that's escaped my attention in the past. Carastro
With no nebulae available, and can;t do LRGB due to LP (Bortle 8), I am going to have a go at getting some Ha to go with my M106 I did last year from a darker location. Davy T's location at Bortle 6 to be precise. Carole Edited April 16, 2021 by Carastro

You will probably need 4 hours to get some half decent Ha in the outer arms. Brian

This is about 4 hours of Ha data. The core is quite strong, and the outlying galaxies.
Carastro
I changed my mind about doing Ha on M106 as I realised it is quite high and I would have to take the dome off to reach the Zenith, and didn;t feel up to it last night. So I did nothing. Just gonna wait for next month I think when I have booked to go to our Astro camp in Bortle 4. Just hope I get some clear sky.
