Hello all,

My name is John and i am a newbie to the world of Astronomy, during lockdown i went out and bought myself a beginners scope and soon upgraded to a Nexstar 6se. I am now well and truly hooked on stargazing. 

Next thing i am looking at is to buy a decent set of binos and mount.

Hi John and welcome to The Yard. 

I have been a member a year or so (since I came into astronomy) and have found this site extremely useful.

i found your comment re the ‘Binos’ interesting: I have recently starting using some old Binos I had knocking about, for grabbing a few moments gazing when there wasn’t time to set up my scope. A very useful tool.🙂
