PHD2 - Orientation of guide scope

I've been using PHD2 successfully for a while. I've just changed the mounting of my guide scope and something suddenly occurred to me while I was doing it. If I change the orientation of the guide scope should I do another calibration in PHD2?  I mean if I were to rotate the guide scope in it's mount or turn the guide camera.
