Hi, i made a calculator for eyepiece focal length Vs scope maximum magnification to those of us who are new to get their head around it, help yourself if you want to give it a go and see if it works for you (it's a excel sheet).

 

Hopefully i got the calculations right🤔🙂

Hey nightspore, sorry not familiar with that software? you can get an office license from Ailibaba for about £15 though 🙂
