First galaxy (FINALLY)

hey,

 

So last night i managed (before the fog) to get 5 x 120 second snaps of the Triangulum Galaxy. See image below. i also did calibration frames for the first time too and stacked them, not much to look at but im happy that i managed to get everything working; camera, guiding, camera software, editing software.

 

Hopefully it will be onwards and upwards from here!

Thanks 🙂 im still trying to figure out how im best setting up my camera, i dont know how long of an exposure i can expect from a non-cooled camera?

 

is 2 minutes too long?
