Early morning Sun Observing

I had an enjoyable early morning, 07.30-08.30 session observing the sun.  I used my new Altair 24mm UFF eps purchases at PAS '24.  They work a treat.  There is a large group of 40+ spots with Zurich classification of FKC.  Impressive to see.

I have almost the same observation chair that I made back in 2013 that I use when I seldom use my Dob.

I made mine during lockdown and use it all the time even when I use my Dob.
