Camera rotation with a Mak-Newt

Hey,

A noob reflector Q. I'm looking to pick up a SkyWatcher 190MN soon. How do people manage camera rotation with this type of setup? With my refractor, the flattener has an integrated rotator, which makes getting framing right really easy (without messing up focus too much).

I saw you can buy independent rotators, but didn't know if there would be enough back-focus to fit one in with the 190MN? I'll also have to squeeze in an OAG and a filter wheel.

Many thanks in advance,

all the best

Tom
