Scopeman Posted November 23, 2022 Share Posted November 23, 2022 Well, after the initial disappointment with the Baader SkySurfer 111 I decided to give the SkySurfer V a go. Wow, what a difference! Quality is so much better, no flexure anywhere as it is, with exception of the cool caps, all aluminium and weighs no more than a 9x50mm finder. Lovely coated optics, the red dot adjusters are both wratached which is great, 11 levels of brightness. The caps are hinged on the unit, you also get a dovetail shoe with it another nice touch.
