I am using a different method to copy images from Astrobin, if any-one finds this helpful.

 

Go into Astrobin and right click on the larger version of the image (not the gallery image or you'll get the platesolving included).  Copy the URL then come on here and bottom right is a tab called "Other media".  Choose insert image from URL and paste in the URL.

Personally, I think it's alright where it is.  Sorry Geof - just my opinion but I respect yours.

I like the way if you highlight some of the text it will automatically quote it.

Is it those most active,

those with the most posts

those with the most likes

I am beginning to get my head around the new forum, i think it is very  good now. Much better than the old one to me.

Really liking the new forum. 

 

1. Like the recent posts option.

2. Like being able to see exactly who has liked you posts rather than 3 named people + 5

3. Much more user friendly.

4. Like the reactions, with sad face, thanks, etc now added.

5. Easy to add URL images

6. Autocopying of text,

7. You can find your profile and go back to previous posts you have made.

 

Only thing I miss is knowing how many members are now using the site.

If you look in the forums menu, you will see a submenu called online users.

But doesn't that just tell you how many are on line at that time?  But I apologise I meant how many have joined the forum.
